Advanced training,Critical Incident Stress Management and the Treatment of Posttraumatic Stress disorders The International Association Of Critical Incident Stress Management Baltimore Maryland 1994.Lecture/Consultant in the area of Critical Incident Stress Management/ Employee Relations/Leadership and team development workshops/keynote and motivational speaches. Awarded the Canada 125 Commemorative Medal for community involvement. Named by McLeans Magazine as one of the top 100 leaders in Canada (1993) Awarded the Paul Harris Fellow Award from Rotary International (1997).Founding member of All Nations Family Housing Corporation.
